ICT Service Exchange Programme - The Associate Programme

For many reasons, certain individuals suffer from low self esteem, low self worth, low confidence and low self respect which results in them being alienated or disenfranchised within society i.e. being socially excluded. Social exclusion is what happens when individuals suffer from a combination of linked problems such as unemployment, poor skills, low incomes, poor housing, high crime, bad health and family breakdown. As you can appreciate, any one of these factors can severely impact someone’s life, dramatically.

Our experience and expertise has shown us that these individuals can change their lives, and technology can play an important part in facilitating this. However in some circumstances technology alone will not suffice. Greater focus is required on the individual. Through our ‘ICT Service Exchange Programme’, we use IT and ICT in innovative ways to help the individual build a firm foundation for their life.

In return for the individual's assistance in helping E-Inclusion Recycling carry out our community objectives, we will provide them with the following free of charge:

  • Valuable work experience.
  • Personalised one to one coaching programmes designed to assist in providing direction, establishing goals, clearing blocks, gaining employment.
  • Training in IT Engineering and IT Software.
  • With our Partners, specialist skills training or specialised business support.
  • A great team to work with, and to have fun with.

Individuals are asked to apply for the Associate Programme through our application process. Full details of the Associate Programme are available in our Supporting Documentation in our About Us section.
