OUR COMMITMENT TO THE ENVIRONMENT
Our Commitment
Our environment is precious. We work towards sustaining it by operating all aspects of our business in a way that reduces our environmental footprint, as well as that of our clients. We aggressively pursue pollution prevention, energy conservation and waste reduction in all of our operations. We only seek out contractors who conduct their operations in a socially and environmentally responsible manner.

Hazardous Waste - Toxic Trade
Financially lucrative 'Toxic Trade' markets have opened up in Eastern Europe and Third World Developing Countries. Container loads of hazardous e-waste are being shipped to these poorer countries in contravention of the Waste Management (Transfrontier Shipment of Waste) Regulations 1994. These Countries are becoming the world’s dumping ground for toxic waste. Confronting the excesses of this ‘Toxic Trade’ and its devastating impact on the global environment is a priority for us.
We act as a source of information on Toxic Trade, providing advice and information to the Environment Agency and other Government Bodies.
Toxic Trade*
International Trade
Under no circumstances do we trade in e-waste in non-OECD countries, or any international country.

Global Warming – Co2 Reduction
The Planet is undoubtedly warming. This warming is largely the result of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases from human activities, fossil fuel combustion and changes in land use e.g. deforestation. This warming will have real consequences for the Planet. To protect our Planet we must fundamentally reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
We therefore aim in all of our operations to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
We also encourage our contractors to do the same.
